ESSENTIALS LIST

Mupirocin ointment

  • Antibiotic ointment to treat staph infection topically three times daily
  • Folliculitis in nose to prevent Staph infection; Monday through Friday once monthly
  • Post procedure topically for sutures or any dermatology procedure (another option: Stratamed)

Hydrocortisone cream (low potency, safe for face)

  • Rash on face twice daily for 5 days. If rash not improved, schedule an appointment.
  • Do not use on anything suspicious of ringworm 

Triamcinolone cream (mid potency, use on body only)

  • Rash on body/dermatitis/eczema/insect bites twice daily for 5 days
  • Do not use on anything suspicious of ringworm 

Hymed

  • Great moisturizer to restore skin barrier
  • Ideal for dry skin and eczema

Doxycycline

  • Oral antibiotic for folliculitis and acne flare ups. Take for 2 weeks at a time.
  • Taken once daily with food. Do not lay down right after taking. Take with full glass of water.

Bopp Acne Spot Treatment

  • Salycylic acid spot treatment to use twice daily for acne bumps

Stratamed

  • Use twice daily post-procedure or for wound healing until healed and may use until red fully resolved
  • Apply a small amount and should be completely dry after 2 minutes. If not use less. Don’t waste by using more than necessary.

ISDIN Eryfotona Actinica/ ISDIN Eryfotona Ageless (tinted)

  • Prevents cancer; Men >50 years old the #1 cancer is skin cancer so its very important for men to use daily
  • Best for men since it is lightweight and without tint

Heliocare Ultra

  • Antioxidant pill to give added sun protection to prevent sunburn
  • Use for sun vacations, gardening, and outdoor activities

Intellishade Original/Matte

  • Great SPF for women. For heavier coverage may add foundation or skin drops.

ISDIN Skin Drops

  • Great cover up as needed for scar, acne, injury, blood vessels, brown spots, tattoos
  • May add to foundation or Intellishade for extra coverage
